How to find my journal's policies on self-archiving

All publishers have slightly different rules. But finding the rules, quickly, is actually very easy with the three websites below.

Used Books

Sherpa Romeo

Enter the name of a journal or publisher to see the corresponding copyright and self-archiving policies.

How Can I Share It?

Enter your DOI to see a list of exactly how and where you can share different versions of manuscripts.
*Note: Some journals are not yet included on this website, including the ASHA journals.

Enter your DOI and ShareYourPaper gathers information about your paper and finds the easiest way to share it.

Can't find what you need, above? A quick search in Google of [Journal name] and "preprint policy" or "self-archiving policy" will give you the exact information you need from the journal itself!
